Richard W. Conrad has been a member of I.A.T.S.E. Local Two since December 3, 1979. He began working as a stagehand at the Lyric Opera House in 1976 and from 1980-84 he was their Stage Left Carpenter Assistant. He held various Rigging, Carpentry, Electrician, and Sound jobs from 1985-1988. From 1988-1998, Conrad held the Head Carpenter position at the Auditorium Theatre and has acted as the Road Head Carpenter for “Wicked” at the Oriental Theatre since 2005 load-in.

He has served on the Executive Board of Local Two since May 2005, and served as a Trustee of the General Fund of Local Two from 1992-2002. Rick has also helped organize ETCP training.
